I have now used Eric's team on at least four or five projects that were simply outside of our scope of work being a heating and cooling company. When we have created mistakes and stepped through ceilings or damaged drywall Eric is my first call and here is why. He is prompt when I call and always responds immediately but more importantly than how he takes care of me is how his team takes care of our clients. When we subcontract any work to his business they are truly an extension of our business and I take that very seriously. Pinnacle Construction Group has done major renovations on our house. They have done 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, large living room, and sun room. We are having them do the remaining bedroom, bathroom, and entire kitchen gut and replace. Eric has excellent communication during every process. He also stays very very close with the overall scheduling with the project. We have a 70 year old house and he would always offer different options that we might like better during the process. I can't say enough awesome things about his quality of work and work ethic. When we signed the first phase contract he looked at me and said if there is the smallest detail we are not happy with to let him know and he will take care of it. He is so on top of every item during the process. I highly recommend. I can't wait too see what the finished project will look like when we do it. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!
